Brandon King, MBA, is an Investment Real Estate Affiliate Broker DK Real Estate, LLC, a Greater Chattanooga & NW Georgia based brokerage firm. With most of his life being spent at some level in real estate starting as a child where home-school training included laying hardwood floors, electrical work, and general remodeling. Buying his first investment property in 2009 at the age of 19, he knows the importance of financial planning and due diligence.  He finished his bachelor’s degree business at 19 years of age from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and completed his Executive Master’s Degree (EMBA) at Kennesaw State University’s Coles College of Business where he focused his efforts on finance, market analysis, and accounting.  His areas of expertise covers all investment real estate sectors, including single family, multifamily, office, retail, & industrial.
